Refund policy

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

All sales are final, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process below.  You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.

Seel Return Assurance

Get peace of mind while shopping when you add Seel Return Assurance on eligible items.

You’ll have the option to return eligible items for a refund by purchasing Seel Return Assurance at checkout when available. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

All purchases are subject to the standard return period of 30 days, and returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and submit your return at https://app.seel.com/return/portal. 

We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. We will deduct the standard $10 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return. 

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Seel Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Seel Return Assurance is nonrefundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards.
